AI-Generated Artwork: All artwork is generated by AI under human supervision and command. This process is not handmade.
Accuracy Limitations: Modifications related to outfit, hair, and other accessories may pose challenges; hence, complete accuracy in the changes cannot be guaranteed.
Quality Dependence: The output of the AI art largely depends on the quality of the photograph provided by the customer. High-resolution and clear images are recommended for optimal results.

2. Usage and Delivery
Digital Copies Only: We provide only digital copies of the artwork. No hard copies are provided.
Validity of Photos: The validity of photos for creating additional variants is three weeks, including all holidays.
Personal Use Only: The final artwork is for personal use only. Commercial usage requires written consent from Aiartsingh, which retains all intellectual property rights.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Input Data: You guarantee that any input data or images provided are either your original work or that you have permission to use them. You indemnify Aiartsingh against any claims arising from unauthorized use.
Review of Terms: You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions as they may be updated or modified by Aiartsingh without prior notice.

4. Liability Limitations
No Liability for Damages: Aiartsingh is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of its services or from viewing its content.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy of facial recognition in AI video creation services.
Confidentiality: Aiartsingh reserves the right to maintain confidentiality regarding the proprietary software utilized in the creation of artworks and videos and shall not be compelled to disclose such information.
Data Security: While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You agree to use our services at your own risk and acknowledge that AI Art Singh is not responsible for any data breaches, leaks, or unauthorized access to your information.

Customer Obligations: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the photos or videos you provide do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Aiartsingh is not responsible for verifying the ownership of the submitted content.
No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the nature of the services provided, Aiartsingh does not offer refunds once the AI artwork or video has been delivered.
Force Majeure: Aiartsingh shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond Aiartsingh’s reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
